Latin Name: Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus is one of the Australian national symbols, but for the last 2 centuries it can also be found in the Greek flora.
Traditionally used to treat the symptoms of common cold:
• Reduces the feeling of blocked nose
• Milds the throught and reduces coughing
• Unblocks respiration by inhaling it or drinking it as a sipping

Available in non-pulverized form to be used as an infusion: Add 1 soup spoon of the herb in cup of boiled water and leave it covered for 30 minutes. Filter the infusion and drink it or inhale the steam. Consume preferably with an empty stomach or 3 hours after meal.
