Glycerin Suppositories for Babies

Product Description

Immediate relief of your baby from constipation in just 5 to 30 minutes.

Made of 100% vegetable glycerin, they are not absorbed by the body and do not create addiction!

Very thin and soft so as not to hurt your baby at all.

They are recommended by pediatricians and have been used by moms for 50 years.

Indications: Symptomatic treatment of constipation.

Composition: Babies: 0.6g glycerol / suppository. Gelatin, Water

Action: Glycerin stimulates the peristaltic movements of the intestine and reduces the suction of water thanks to its osmotic and hygroscopic properties. With rectal administration, glycerin shows minimal absorption.

Use: Rectal administration, laxative. It is recommended to place the suppository in the refrigerator half an hour before use and then remove the plastic housing and rinse the suppository with a little water.

Packaging: 10 suppositories in PVC cases within each paper box

Dosage: 1 suppository. Another suppository can be administered after 3 days.

Contraindications: Not recommended in cases of severe colic, hemorroids, papillomas, rectocolitis hemorrhage, anal rhagades

General Cautions: Not intended for long term usage.  No special warnings for the ingredients reported.

Overdose: The excessive use may cause inflammation in the intestine and in exceptional instances, inflammation of the rectum

Expiry date: 5 years after production in a cool and dry place (not exceeding 25oC, see package.)

Can be administered with or without a physicians’ prescription
