Latin Name: Mentha
According to Greek Mythology Persefoni transformed nymph Mentha into a plant in order to protect her from Adi’s seduction.
Traditional uses:

Available in non-pulverized form to be used as an infusion: Add 1 teaspoon of the herb in cup of boiled water and leave it covered for 30 minutes. Filter the infusion and drink it. Consume preferably with an empty stomach or 3 hours after meal.
